This question goes to all cake-makers and cake-decorators: What is the icing or the decor that you use to write the messages on the cake.? If you’re from the Philippines, particularly, the icing that GOLDILOCKS use to write the greetings. For other countries, the icing that is used for writing. What is the recipe too. Please, I need a useful recipe, I’m making it for my mom on Mother’s Day. Thanks for helping me, and if you could, please include the link.
at my bakery we use piping gel. It comes clear and we add whatever color to it. It has a shiny finish.
